Jeff Ogden - Principal Owner
Jeff Ogden formed Ogden Capital Partners in early 2013. Prior to starting OCP, Jeff served as Vice President of Capital Markets, Securities & Debt for Apartment
Investment and Management Company (AIMCO) a publicly traded REIT, for 15 years. While at AIMCO, Jeff managed all debt originations, restructures and closings
the entire conventional and affordable owned, Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") and tax exempt bond portfolio. In addition, Jeff facilitated and
over $12 billion of various secured, non-recourse mortgaged financed loans for the conventional portfolio covering the entire nation with lenders such as
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and multiple large bank and life companies. Jeff graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder.
